cannot connect to wired internet when laptop isn't plugged in
when I was using ubuntu 12.10 everything worked ok. I upgraded to 13.04 a month ago, and since then my laptop(lenovo t420) won't connect to wired internet when it is not plugged in. but as soon as it's plugged in , it connects without a problem.
how can I solve this problem?
